Muddy Trail Cameras
$1 – $99 = $
$100 – $199 = $$
$200 + = $$$

Muddy is a newcomer to the trail camera market and has been known in the industry for their quality tree stands, so it is no wonder they decided to continue to grow their product lines and move into trail cameras. Muddy Trail Camera offers two lines of trail cameras which include Pro Cam 12 and Pro Cam 10. The product has a nice price point and isn’t going to break the bank. It also offers a lot of features similar to big brand competitors with a higher price tag. I don’t have a lot of experience with Muddy cameras yet but I do know that they are a company that prides themselves on excellent customer service which I’ve seen firsthand with some of my interactions on tree stand purchases. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see more additions to their trail camera lines next year.
Pro Cam 12: This model is Muddy’s high end camera line and offers a lot similar features to other top brands in the market but won’t break the bank. Muddy ProCam 12 trail cameras offer a 12 mega pixel picture quality with invisible flash and boasts a 1280HD video with sound. The camera runs off of 6AA batteries that will allow roughly 10,000 pictures before you need to swap out and you also have the ability to run a 12V power source. The camera has a flash range of 70 feet. Strong, quality case on the camera that is fully waterproof. This camera line offers the same great features as a lot of cameras on the market for about half the price.
Pro Cam 10: Base model that has a nice price point under $100. The camera offers 10 mega pixel picture quality and has a no glow “invisible” flash so you are sure not to spook game. This camera also runs on 6 AA batteries that will take up to 10,000 pics before replacement. Basic camera but it gets the job done and if you are looking for a beginner camera this is a good option.
Invisible flash camera that has 12MP image quality, 0.6sec trigger speed and has a 70ft flash range. The camera can burst pictures from 2-8 photos upon trigger for optimal photo opportunities of the game you are chasing. Runs off of 6AA batteries and has a 10,000 picture battery life. This camera offers a ton of nice features, is easy to setup and has a very nice price point.

More of the introductory camera line, the Pro Cam 10 has 8MP image quality and a 50ft detection flash range. This model also offers invisible flash technology and runs off of 6AA batteries and has a 10,000 picture battery life. If you are looking for a quality product for under $100 this camera may be for you. It doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles of its Pro 12 running mate but it will still get the job done.
